Logos, Stationery and Brochures
1. Check Out Our Packages Review our selection of design packages and choose the one that is right for you.
2. Help Us to Get to Know You Contact us by e-mail or by phone. We’ll help you provide information about your business and its marketing goals.
3. We Begin When You Say So Following a review of your input, we’ll contact you to confirm direction before we begin to design.
4. You Get Great Designs Fast We’ll get down to work immediately and will e-mail design in one business week.
5. We Finalize Your Design With your feedback, either by e-mail or by phone, we will e-Mail revised design to you.
6. Delivery We provide you a CD-R containing all finished artwork files:
Delivery of Logos When satisfied with your logo design we will deliver a CD-R containing your logo artwork files in a variety of file formats along with a Release Document explaining the appropriate applications for each format.
Delivery of Stationery Files When satisfied with your stationery design we will deliver a CD-R containing your artwork files – press ready as Adobe In-Design and Adobe Acrobat formats. If you prefer, we will produce your printing providing a CD-R upon delivery of printed pieces. Just contact us for pricing on printing.
Delivery of Brochure Files When satisfied with your brochure design we will deliver a CD-R containing your artwork files – press ready as Adobe In-Design and Adobe Acrobat formats. If you prefer, we will produce your printing providing a CD-R upon delivery of printed pieces. Just contact us for pricing on printing.

6. Programming When you are satisfied with the design, we'll program your Website.
7. Publishing of Your Website Once the programming is complete we publish your Website through one of our hosting partners. In addition you receive a CD-R containing all relevant art files and a link to instructions for making updates to your site. Of course, if you wish Chilton Creative to handle your weekly/monthly updates, we'll be pleased to do so. Just contact us for pricing on Website updates.

e-Mail Marketing

2. Help Us to Get to Know You Contact us by e-mail or by phone. We’ll help you provide information about your business and its marketing goals.
3. We Begin When You Say So Following a review of your input, we’ll contact you to confirm direction before we begin to design.
4. You Get Great Designs Fast We’ll get down to work immediately and will provide log-in access codes for design review in one business week.
5. We Finalize Your Design With your feedback, either by e-mail or by phone, we will revise your design.
6. Programming and Database When you are satisfied with the design, we'll program your e-Mail Announcement/Newsletter and set-up your database.
7. Distribution of Your e-Mail Once the programming and database set-up is complete we distribute your e-Mail through our server partner. In addition you receive a CD-R containing all relevant art files. Depending on the package selected, Chilton Creative will manage your database, provide reports, and will layout subsequent e-Mails.
