Our policy is your satisfaction
The nature of the business agreement between designers and their clients is indeed unique. The client hires the designer with the expectation of satisfaction based on what is represented in the designer’s portfolio. The portfolio is the designer’s credentials. Chilton Creative has a long and successful history of delivering on the promise of our portfolio.
On occasion, design firms fail to meet the expectations of their clients and the parties agree to part ways — usually with a cancellation fee of at least 50% of the design fee billed to the client.
The Chilton Creative Difference
At Chilton Creative if you are not satisfied with your initial round of designs you have the option to cancel with 75% of your payment refunded and Chilton Creative maintaining copyright of the designs. No harm, no foul. You do not pay for the designs. We apply the 25% we retain to administrative expenses.
Satisfied with your designs but still want more choices? Consider our Logo Premium Package or Branding Premium Package. Both feature unlimited rounds of revisions. Or, you may purchase additional designs and rounds of revisions separately with any of our design packages.
